Gold Link & Co is a UK-based event management and coordination company providing bespoke event planning, venue-related services and curated experiences for private, corporate and brand occasions.

Our services may include event planning, event coordination, venue sourcing, supplier coordination, private celebrations, corporate events, brand experiences and related event support. The exact services for any engagement will be set out in a written proposal, scope or agreement.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking or obligation for Gold Link & Co to provide services. We will review enquiries and respond where appropriate.

Quotations and proposals are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Fees, supplier costs, availability and timings may change if the scope, date, venue, guest numbers or other requirements change.

Fees, deposits, payment dates and any supplier payment arrangements will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice or agreement. Services are not confirmed until any required booking fee, deposit or written acceptance has been received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, making decisions within reasonable timescales, reviewing proposals carefully, and ensuring guests, venues and other relevant parties are aware of arrangements that may affect them.

We will try to accommodate reasonable changes to an event where possible. Changes may affect fees, supplier costs, availability, timelines and the scope of services.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Any cancellation fees, non-refundable booking fees, supplier charges or other costs will be handled in accordance with the agreed proposal, invoice or contract for the relevant engagement.

We may work with venues, suppliers and other third parties when planning or coordinating an event. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, third-party services are provided by those third parties under their own terms.

Venue-related services may include venue discovery, shortlisting, introductions, coordination or advice. Venue availability, capacity, pricing, facilities and terms should be confirmed directly with the venue or relevant event provider before any booking is made.

Gold Link & Co provides a venue discovery and directory service. Venue information may be submitted by venue operators or obtained through appropriate sources. We may review and curate venue submissions before deciding whether information is suitable for inclusion.

Inclusion within the directory does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee that a venue is suitable for a particular event. Venue information may change, and users should confirm current availability, pricing, capacity, facilities and other details directly with the venue or relevant event provider.

Gold Link & Co is not automatically a party to any contract between a visitor, client and venue unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Venue listings may be amended, suspended or removed where appropriate. We may edit, categorise or present venue information to maintain the quality, clarity and usefulness of the directory.

Website content is provided for general information only. We aim to keep information clear and up to date, but it should not be treated as a substitute for direct confirmation of event, venue or supplier details.

The content, design, branding, copy, concepts, proposals and creative materials on this website or prepared by Gold Link & Co remain our intellectual property unless expressly agreed otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Link & Co is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

We are not responsible for delays, changes or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including venue closures, supplier issues, severe weather, transport disruption, public health restrictions or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
