Gold Link & Co is an events management and coordination company based in the United Kingdom, providing bespoke planning, on-the-day coordination, corporate event management, private celebrations and curated luxury experiences.

The specific services to be provided in respect of any event will be set out in a written proposal or scope of work agreed between the parties. Unless expressly stated, services are limited to those described in that document.

You agree to provide accurate and timely information, to respond to requests for decisions or approvals within reasonable timeframes, and to ensure that any venues, third parties or guests are aware of relevant arrangements. Delays or inaccuracies in information provided by the Client may affect delivery and cost.

Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quoted fees reflect the scope agreed at the time and may be adjusted where the scope changes, additional services are requested, or supplier costs vary beyond our reasonable control.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm an engagement. The remaining balance and any supplier payments will be invoiced in accordance with the payment schedule set out in your proposal. All invoices are payable within the terms stated; late payment may delay supplier confirmations and the delivery of services.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The booking fee is non-refundable. Additional cancellation charges may apply depending on the proximity to the event date and commitments already made to suppliers and venues on your behalf.

Requests to amend the scope, date or specification of an event will be accommodated where reasonably possible. Material changes may result in revised fees, additional supplier charges, or amended timelines, which will be communicated to you for approval.

Where we engage suppliers, venues or third parties on your behalf, we do so as a coordinator and not as principal. Whilst we exercise care in selecting trusted partners, the supply of goods and services by third parties is subject to their own terms, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, or for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

All concepts, designs, proposals, mood boards and creative materials prepared by Gold Link & Co remain our intellectual property unless expressly agreed otherwise. They may not be reproduced or shared with third parties without our written consent.

Personal information provided to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms and any engagement entered into with us are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute.
